No! It’s free to submit a booking request and there’s zero commitment.

If we’re able to book all of your items in, the organiser (you) will need to pay for your spot on the trip within 5 days as the non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

You’ll create your account (or log in) and submit your booking request. This is free to do and there’s zero commitment!

Once submitted, you can check your booking page and click the ‘Confirm’ button there if you’re ready to go ahead and check availability with your supplier(s).

You’ll get email updates about availability for each item and you can contact your Booking Agent if you need any help.

The Bride does not go free. Companies that offer this hide big margins in your package cost, so it ends up costing you more in the end. All of our pricing is transparent and shown upfront.

The Bride’s spot will need to be paid for before the group payment deadline. Payment options include:

• If you invite the bride into the booking, she can log in and pay for herself (she will receive emails about the booking, including the itinerary).
• One other group member can pay for the Bride online in one payment.
• Multiple group members can log in and pay for one item for the Bride each, to contribute to her spot.

No, you don’t need exact numbers to book. It’s ok if you’ve only got an estimated group size – we’ll ask your suppliers to hold that many spots initially.

If you end up with less people, the price per person won’t increase. Just keep an eye on minimum numbers required for some items.

If you end up with more people, please contact your Booking Agent ASAP to discuss.

The supplier may offer an alternative time if your preferred start time isn’t available. If the supplier has no availability, you can request a new item through your Booking Agent instead.

We recommend you to read each item description carefully before adding it your package.

• Some activities come with a venue by default (e.g. karting or paintball).
• Some activities can only come to a venue you organise yourself (e.g. your home or accommodation).
• Some activities you can requests the supplier to look for a venue on your behalf. This is subject to availability and may sometimes require a venue hire fee.

We charge a service fee to cover the costs of providing convenience, customer support, secure payment processing, and platform maintenance. It helps us ensure smooth operations, and to enhance the customer experience.
