If your group is after a bit of action and plenty of laughs, the obstacle course at Lough Allen Adventure Centre in Drumshanbo is perfect.
You’ll have ninety minutes to take on a mix of obstacles, from climbing and crawling to balancing and testing your coordination, all while having a laugh along the way.
Some challenges are best tackled as a team, shouting encouragement and helping each other through, while others give everyone a chance to show off a bit.
It’s energetic and a brilliant way to break the ice, build team spirit or just have a good laugh with friends.
No matter your fitness level, everyone gets involved, cheering each other on and leaving with plenty of funny stories.
It’s just fifteen minutes from Carrick-on-Shannon and will have everyone buzzing, muddy and ready for whatever comes next.
