Main Course: Langton signature Irish steak burger on a toasted brioche bun with ballymaloe relish, golden fried onion ring, Knockanore cheese and fresh chips, Pasta of the evening served with garlic bread, Cajun crumbed goujons of chicken on a classic caesar salad served with fresh chips, Supreme chicken, spinach and mozzarella stuffing with crushed baby boiled potatoes, slow roast tomato, courgette and parsley sauce, Traditional cod with homemade tartar sauce, mushy peas and fresh chips, Prime roast Irish beef served with red wine jus, Chiang Mai chicken stir fry on a bed of fine egg noodles with Asian style vegetables and cashew nuts, Blackened salmon sweetcorn and polenta cake, wok fried kale, bok choi, savoy cabbage and black bean sauce
Desserts: Lemon and almond bakewell tart with lemon curd cream, Langton style cheesecake with cassis coulis, Baileys and brown bread ice cream gateau with hot butterscotch sauce, Chocolate fudge cake served with mixed berry compote and vanilla ice cream
