You’ll start with a warm up before learning beginner spins and a simple combo set to feel good music. The instructor gives full tuition so everyone feels comfortable and included.
There’s plenty of time to practice, laugh and take brilliant photos together. Each of you gets a glass of prosecco, a mimosa or a bellini to enjoy during the session.
It’s a fun group activity because it gets everyone moving and chatting. No one’s competing and everyone’s cheering you on.
