Your day out is about to get a whole lot sweeter with this hands on session of Christmas chocolate making in Cardiff, and yes, you’re allowed to be very generous with the toppings!
You’ll be working with Willies Cacao, a gorgeous artisan chocolate brand, and spending 90 minutes creating chocolate treats that are every bit as tasty as they look.
Your group will be split into pairs, with each pair sharing a chocolate melting pot to melt and prepare the chocolate before pouring it carefully into the moulds.
Once that’s done, you can let your inner chocolatier loose with festive toppings and flavours.
Think fudge pieces, crunchy honeycomb, crushed candy canes, gingerbread and other delicious extras that’ll give your creations a suitably Christmassy finish.
Everyone gets to make their own dark, white and milk chocolate bar, plus a handful of smaller chocolate bites that are ideal for nibbling on later.
You’ll also take home over 150g of chocolate, giving you a very good excuse to keep a little room in your bag for the journey home.
Everything you need for the workshop is provided, including the equipment for melting and creating your chocolate treats.
An event host will be there during the session to keep things organised and make sure nobody accidentally turns their chocolate into a festive disaster.
Best of all, the experience takes place at your venue so there’s no need to drag everyone across the city afterwards.
It’s a fun, relaxed and seriously tasty option for groups of friends, families or workmates who want their Christmas party in Cardiff to be a bit different this year!
