Christmas chocolate making in Edinburgh is a great choice when you fancy doing something different and seriously indulgent.
This 90-minute workshop gives you the chance to get hands on with some seriously good artisan chocolate from Willies Cacao and make treats you’ll actually want to take home.
You’ll work in pairs and share a chocolate melting pot, melting your chocolate before pouring it into moulds and getting creative with your chosen flavours.
Then it’s time to raid the festive toppings, with fudge pieces, honeycomb, crushed candy canes, gingerbread and other sweet additions available to make your creations look suitably Christmassy.
Everyone gets to make their own dark, milk and white chocolate bar, as well as a handful of smaller chocolate bites for good measure.
You’ll take home more than 150g of chocolate, although whether it survives the journey home is entirely up to you!
Everything you need for the session is provided, including the melting equipment, moulds and toppings, while an event host will be there to keep things ticking along.
Better still, the workshop comes to your venue, so there’s no need to worry about getting everyone across town afterwards.
It’s a great excuse for friends, families or workmates to get together with one of the most popular Christmas activities in Edinburgh, have a laugh and eat some sweet treats!
