If your group is looking for Christmas activities in Newcastle with a very obvious reward at the end, festive chocolate making is the one for you.
You’ll spend 90 minutes working with Willies Cacao, a lush artisan chocolate brand, creating festive chocolate bars and smaller bites that you’ll get to take home afterwards.
Your group will be split into pairs, with each pair sharing a chocolate melting pot to melt the chocolate before pouring it into the moulds.
Once that’s done, you’ll get to choose your toppings and make your creations your own.
There’ll be fudge pieces, honeycomb, crushed candy canes, gingerbread and other festive favourites available, so you can go classic, get creative or simply throw everything on and hope for the best!
Every person will make a dark chocolate bar, a white chocolate bar and a milk chocolate bar, as well as a handful of smaller chocolate bites.
You’ll take away over 150g of chocolate at the end, although there’s absolutely no promise that it’ll all make it home intact.
Everything needed for the session is supplied, including the chocolate melting equipment and festive toppings, while an event host will be on hand throughout.
